An experience made for YOUths.
In a world where filters and expectations shape how young people present themselves; many are left navigating their inner struggles alone. Behind curated feeds and “I’m fine” responses lie a quieter reality for youths - uncertainty, self‒doubt, and the pressure to hold it all together.
Youth Got It!
Metropolitan YMCA’s Youth Got It Symposium is a youth-led space for honest conversations to encourage shared experiences and community support.
Who are the organisers?
We are Metropolitan YMCA Singapore, an organisation dedicated to nurturing the next generation to lead positive community transformation. "Youth Got It: #unfiltered" is co-organised with Ngee Ann Polytechnic's School of Humanities & Interdisciplinary Studies, where students are equipped to balance human empathy with evidence-based expertise, transforming their passions into meaningful careers.
Is this our first symposium?
This is our 4th symposium! Our themes, keynote focus and speakers all evolve with the real needs of youths that year. This year, we want to invite you to explore the sides of you that you keep hidden in layers of filters and societal pressure.
